What is the lead time for placing an order?
Hot dishes 24 hours in advance, for Meat Boards at least 48 hours in advanced, Please take note of our hours as we are located in Israel, and operations and shipping dates in order to make sure your order is processed accordingly.
Where do you deliver?
We offer delivery throughout Israel, including Jerusalem, Beit Shemesh, Bnei Brak, Beitar, Tel Aviv, Gush, Rechovot, Ramat Gan, Petech Tikva, Herzliyah, Ra’anana, Kfar Saba, Netanya, Kerem B’yavnah, Ashdod, Ashkelon, Kiryat Gat, and Modiin.
Anything I can order and get it the same day?
We do regularly stock Beef Jerky Biltong and Sausages, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate, depending on product availability.
Are you a nut-free facility?
We do not have any nuts or seeds in our facility. However, we are not certified nut-free, so we cannot guarantee there is no cross-contamination.
Can you accommodate any special dietary needs?
We are happy to do our best to accommodate your dietary needs. Please call for more information.
Any special instructions to order for Chagim?
For any special Chagim it is recommended to place your order at least week In advance even earlier
What if I miss the deadline? (Shabbos, Chagim)
After the deadline please reach out to us directly through our contact page, via Whatsapp or give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate your order based on availability.
Does the meat look exactly like the picture?
Every meat board is created combining seasonal specifics with our classical originals. The meats may vary from week to week depending on availability.
Where are your products made?
We make it all, all our products are proudly made by us in Jerusalem, from the sausages and pastrami to the fish and jerky, we ground only the freshest meat ourself we then mix season and case them all by hand,
What about your smoked fish is it really made from fresh salmon?
Yes, absolutely! They arrive via flight where they freshly caught, we have a personal relationship with the local fish distributor, and he knows to send us the nicest freshest most beautiful fish, that’s will look perfect on the board, and that’s why they will not be available on certain dates if we can’t get them fresh we won't make them.
What is your return Policy?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we prepare the meat fresh for you and the order cannot be canceled, this policy is non-negotiable.
